Parametric Furniture/Structure Collab: Full Scale Prototype Week 4

We have finished cutting, polishing, and assembling almost all furniture parts this week, and I am responsible for polishing. In this process, we have encountered the situation that the dimensions of parts slots are different and cannot be docked, so we have to grind specific parts to the slot size and re-cut the wood board.

Parametric Furniture/Structure Scale Model

I Here is the my printed scale model, I choose to print it as the sizer of pen holder since I think it is ideal size for portability. However, there is a flaw at the connection part of two hexagons, which might be caused by the offset pillar so that the upper and lower parts of the hexagon cannot be butted.

We refined the design of furniture and tested wood cutting this week. At the same time, we have further completed the division of labor.The difficulty we encountered was that we were a little behind schedule.
